| Prospects like two things - they want to be flirted with, and they want to believe conclusions are their own ideas. Copy writing should reflect this for the audience it intends to attract. Technical writers rework facts; creative writers spill personality on the page - and that's what sells!
How is this done? By delicately creating a need, then solving the problem with as few words as possible. The younger the target audience, the fewer the words. The examples to the left link to PDF files from a recent catalog, Royal Case. This project addressed buyers, and Royal Case wanted to portray a conservative image. The samples show two different types of buyers addressed: music case buyers and sporting case buyers. |
