Fiserv's ID3 product needed a steady presence in trade publications. The product was a well-known insurance software package and service, but name recognition and presence was key since many lesser-known products were consistently advertised.

Fiserv consistently purchased full-color, well-placed ads. This particular marketing project pointed out the common problems faced by insurance billing and claims professionals. Fiserv's main competition were IT groups located within insurance provider headquarters who attempted to create similar custom sofware applications for this purpose. These ads poked fun at the everyday headaches faced by insurance claims people and their software shortcomings. This campaign was targeted to the user or operations manager who read the trade pubs, and would make reccomendations for software. Our aim was to identify their frustrations and provide the Fiserv solution.
