Both partners – Gary Brown and Lisa Brown – work on all accounts, bringing their complementary skills to each and every sponsorship project. Biographies in Brief … Previously, Gary was a member of senior management with the Provincial Government of Ontario, where he performed strategic planning and policy development functions in a number of ministries. In addition to developing Cabinet and Management Board submissions, related responsibilities included advising Cabinet Ministers, conducting public consultations, and developing and maintaining partnerships with non-government organizations. Gary also consults to associations and corporations regarding government relations and public policy development. Lisa has held a range of positions in the association, public and private sectors. Lisa was the Director, Programming and Events at The Toronto Board of Trade, where she initiated their sponsorship program and managed over 100 events per year including many of the premier business dinners, seminars and speaker forums. Her career has also included a position with the Government of Ontario’s Office of Protocol, where she helped organize the 1984 and 1985 Royal Visits and the 1984 Papal Visit; Manager of an Ontario Cabinet Minister’s Office; and assistant to the publisher of Flare magazine. |
