Sponsorship Program development involves assessing your Association’s products and services in order to identify and prioritize those that are sponsorable and recommend new products and services that could be sponsorable.
We will develop a sponsorship program that:
• establishes and achieves financial goals
• consolidates sponsorship programs where appropriate
• aligns your Association with relevant companies
• maintains the value and integrity of sponsorable assets
• can be efficiently and effectively implemented
Our experience with the corporate sector in Canada means that we develop proposals that appeal to the needs of companies while demonstrating why alignment with your Association makes good business sense. The Brown Group will develop a proposal that:
• clearly outlines the benefits for each sponsorship opportunity and the corresponding pricing
• will be used for in-person sales presentations and as a stand-alone document
The Brown Group will implement the program by:
• identifying and approaching appropriate potential corporate sponsors
• customizing and negotiating the terms of sponsorship agreements
Member Benefit and Affinity Program development and implementation involves negotiating agreements with the companies that provide the products and services of value to your members. These agreements commit corporate participants to providing their products and / or services to your members at discounted rates. These agreements can also include the provision of rebates to your association based on the sales of products or services to your members.
We also develop and implement supplier member categories by determining appropriate pricing for this category of membership, identify the range of benefits that should apply to supplier members, and secure members.
The Brown Group works closely with its Association clients in all aspects of the development and implementation of sponsorship and member benefit programs.
